DOUBLE SWAG TENT
AUSTRALIAN COMFORT

Compact, durable, and easy to set up, this rugged tent comfortably sleeps two and fits seamlessly onto the top of the Jimny. Its low profile and all-weather design make it ideal for Okinawa’s changing conditions, giving campers a cozy, no-fuss sleeping solution that matches the spirit of adventure the Jimny was built for.
Designed for simplicity and comfort, our double swag tent brings the rugged charm of the Australian outback to your Okinawa adventure. Made with heavy-duty canvas and a built-in mattress, it offers a quick, reliable setup without sacrificing a good night’s sleep. Whether you're camping by the beach or tucked away in the forest, the swag provides excellent ventilation, weather protection, and just the right amount of shelter to keep things light, easy, and adventure-ready.

DESIGNED FOR THE ADVENTURE
THE SET-UP
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • Make sure to put the poles into place first before clipping the tent to them.

  • In hot conditions when the winds are stagnant, find a spot that has on-shore winds to ensure a nice breeze to keep you cool at night.

  • In winter, and in windy conditions, pick the side of the island with off-shore winds to ensure the best conditions to camp.

DISMOUNTING THE EQUIPMENT
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • The tent weighs roughly 17kg, so please be careful when lifting it off the roof.

  • The key for the box has RV INNO written on it.

  • To open the box, you must turn the key, press the button, and lift from the middle.

  • Inside the box, you will find bedding for the tent, and during the summer, electric fans are also provided for use in the tent.

  • If you plan to climb the rear ladder, please make sure the door is properly closed to prevent any misalignment.

MOUNTING THE EQUIPMENT
IMPORTANT NOTES:
THE WATER TANK
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • The easiest and safest way to fill up the tank is by removing the rubber plug and directly filling up the tank from a gas station or camping ground.

  • This is also the way we recommend to top it off.

  • You can access quick water from the faucet on the side of the vehicle.

  • If you would like to remove the tank make sure you fasten it on correctly before departing, so as not to cause an accident if it comes off.

THE BATTERY
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • The USB-C plug is for charging the battery from the car. Please make sure it is connected only to the In/Out port.

  • If you would like to remove the battery, undo the strap and unplug the USB-C plug.

  • You can charge the battery at a café or campsite using the provided AC cable.

THE SIDE AWNING
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • The awning is best set up with two people.

  • Make sure to secure the awning to the ground using the provided pegs. If the ground is sandy, use heavy stones or rocks instead.

  • Since awnings are made of aluminum for weight-saving purposes, they are inherently weak in windy conditions.

  • Campers should use their judgment when deciding whether to extend the awning based on the weather conditions.

  • Consider retracting the awning before going to bed, as wind direction and strength can change during the night.

  • The Sierra's and the Classic's awnings are the same model; the pegs in the Classic can be found in the green box (applicable if the swag tent option is selected).

THE REAR BOX
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • After pressing the knobs to open the kitchen box, release again after opening the drawer slightly to activate the locking mechinisim and prevent it from coming all the way out.

  • Preparations can be done on the kitchen box when it's fully extended, only when the bottom support leg is engaged properly.

  • The cooler box can be removed from the drawer.

  • Roughly align the tent in the center of the roof rack slats.

  • Always throw the non-clip side to avoid damaging the car.

  • Make sure the straps are nice and tight, and the tent is securely fastened.

  • To avoid noise and distractions in the mirrors, tie up the remaining straps with an easy-to-undo knot of your choice.
