Step 1 - Let's get your booking started!

Once you've chosen the vehicle and any add-ons you'd like to rent, just pick the days you want them and let us know the pick-up and drop-off times. Need an airport shuttle or a pick-up from the bus stop? No problem! Send us the booking, and we'll confirm everything for you!

Step 2 - Your booking is confirmed!

We've received your online booking! We'll quickly check availability for the dates, times, and services you've requested. Once we have it all set, we'll send you a confirmation email, and it's official!

In the email, you'll find bank transfer details (furikomisaki) and credit card payment options. You've got three days to make the payment, so take your time. Once you're all paid up, we'll also send you information on vehicle deposits and cancellations.

Unfortunately, after three days if the payment is not made the booking will automatically be cancelled and the calendar will be available again for other customers!

Step 3 - Ready for your adventure!

Getting ready for your trip is part of the fun! You've already chosen your pick-up and drop-off times when you made the rental booking. But if you need to change them later, just let us know via email or phone call, and we'll do our best to make it work!

Your earliest pick-up time is 9:00am, and the latest drop-off is 6:30pm. When you arrive, we'll do a quick vehicle check together, sign some paperwork, and off you go, ready for an awesome adventure!

When you return, we'll have a quick check of the vehicle, and you're free to head home. While we're cleaning the car and getting it ready for the next day, we'll also give the vehicle and camping gear a full inspection. If everything's in tip-top shape, we'll refund your deposit right away!

Step 4 - Join the Evertrail family!
