As no staff will be available at your selected time, we will perform a contactless drop off at the Evertrail office. Please follow the steps below to ensure a seamless return.

• Park your camping car on the green area below the canopy

• Remove all luggage from the vehicle

• Turn the fridge off at the switch panel

• Retrieve the key box from inside the glove compartment

• Open the box using the code 4965

• Place the keys inside the box (after locking the vehicle)

• Attach the key box to the rear of the car out of sight

• Change the numbers so the box cannot be opened unless the password is entered

As there is no member of staff available at your selected time, you will unfortunately miss the chance to check the exterior of the vehicle with a member of staff, so this check will be carried out when staff arrive to the vehicle.

Before returning your car to the Evertrail office, please take a moment to review the following important reminders:

Refueling Before Return

We kindly ask that you refuel the car at the closest fuel station to the Evertrail office before returning it, even if the gauge still shows full after your last top-up.

Please hold on to your receipt and give it to the staff member who collects the vehicle.Just as we top off the tank before handing over the car, we ask that the same is done upon return. Thank you for your cooperation.

Waste Disposal
To avoid a recycling fee, please use the trash bins at nearby convenience stores to dispose of any rubbish from your trip, including food packaging, drinks, and yakiniku sauces.

Traffic Advisory
Okinawa roads can become busy between 17:00 and 19:00. Since our latest return time is 18:00, please allow extra time for your journey back to avoid late fees or delays.

Change of Return Time
If your return time changes, please notify us as soon as possible so we can ensure a staff member is available to meet you.
